All original work created by Pixel Creative Studio remains our property until payment is received in full.

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We retain the right to display non-confidential work samples in our portfolio.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pixel Creative Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to conditions outlined in the service contract.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if the client violates these Terms.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting with a revised “Effective Date.”
